The 460cc titanium head
features new internal weighting distribution that repositions the center of gravity for lower spin rates and greater distance. Eight grams of weight was moved from the crown and face to the sole to achieve the lower CG location.

New face geometry

  • Variable face geometry helps optimize the center of gravity location by redistributing material from low stress areas of the face. The precision of the welding process allowed the Ping engineers to reposition four grams of weight on the sole to further reduce spin
